Can't wait to come back if in the area. The hotel is clean and terrific, offers great location to the resort area. Offers excellent service and excellent food. Need to add that free Wi-Fi worked throughout the

You guys made our stay perfect. Everything was excellent, comfortable and terrific hotel. Restaurant was perfect for a breakfast. The room we had included a writing table and a couch.

The room at Intercontinental Alpensia Pyeongchang Resort was absolutely stunning! The view of Mount Balwangsan from the balcony was breathtaking. I loved how spacious the suite was, with separate bedrooms and living quarters. It made me feel so comfortable and

The hotel had very comfortable beds, pillows, and linens, which made for a pleasant stay. The location of the hotel was also great, with easy access to the ski slopes and various restaurants and shops 

We stayed between 26/12/16 to 29/12/16. A staff served us during our checked in is very kind and friendly. A credit should go to him but unluckily we did not record his name, he was the only man staff served us during afternoon and evening.  

The breakfast was marvellous and offered a great selection of options. Units with views of the slopes. The location was exceptionally nice and perfect - a few steps away from everywhere we wanted to go. Daegwallyeong-myeon district was worth 

Spacious and clean rooms. Friendly housekeeping and concierge. Helpful and attentive staff. Excellent pizza in the restaurant. Good breakfast. Convenient shuttle service. Close proximity to ski slopes. Comfortable and luxurious accommodations. 

I had a really great stay at this hotel. The rooms were beautiful and spacious, with a lovely mountain view from the balcony. The attention to detail was impressive, especially with the generously sized bottles of toiletries provided. The hotel's location 

Great views and comfortable beds. The location is also convenient, with many stores and restaurants within walking distance. the staff was friendly and helpful.

While the beds were comfortable, the rooms were in need of maintenance. There were problems with water leaks and mold in the bathroom.
